A top international law firm is recruiting a Real Estate Finance Associate (3+ PQE) to join its market leading real estate finance practice based in London.
The position offers exposure to a genuine variety of structured real estate finance deals, including fund financing, property securitisation, public sector finance and mortgage portfolio sales.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take lead roles in transactions involving high profile lenders and borrowers based in the UK and overseas. You will work alongside experts in their fields, drawing on your team's unparalleled technical ability, in a role which offers excellent training and career development opportunities.
This role provides an excellent remuneration package (of up to £115,000 base salary, depending on experience).
The firm will also consider quality common law qualified lawyers, including from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
