The fantastic opportunity has arisen for an established Private Client Solicitor (7+ years PQE) to come in and act as the head of department of a highly-regarded firm in Chelmsford.
 
The firm are looking for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor (7+ years PQE) who has experience dealing with matters including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate, inheritance tax and estate planning to come in and head the firms private client department. As this is a stand alone role (with secretarial support) confidence in running your own files is essential. 
 
One of the firms main areas of practice is corporate commercial law, meaning that a lot of their private client work steams from these excellent clients. For this reason, the successful candidate will be commercially viable, and have a genuine interest in business development and marketing. Due to the autonomy of the role, you will have the opportunity to really make your stamp on the department and caseload.
