Corporate Solicitor

Hudson are very pleased to be working with successful Legal500 ranked firm with a national presence in the market, who are seeking a junior level Corporate Solicitor. Ideally at the NQ-4 PQE level, you will be based in Cheltenham, and be passionate to develop your career as a Corporate Lawyer.

With a large Corporate team, you will gain exposure to a broad caseload, acting for a range of clients from large multi national companies to smaller start up businesses. Providing a first rate service, you will be capable of managing client expectations and working with colleagues to deliver a exceptional commercial advice.

You will already have had good exposure to complex corporate work, which will provide you with the platform to take on a caseload of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, share schemes, corporate governance, tax advice etc.
