Currently recruiting for a client in Doncaster to join their litigation team: the client is looking for someone with Dispute Resolution experience who can start as soon as possible.
You will have experience of:
- Assisting with and handling a caseload of mixed dispute resolution on behalf of private and commercial clients
- Files will include:
~Property disputes
~ Contentious probate
~ Employment
~ Professional negligence
~ Debt recovery.
~ You will be working on cases from small claims through to multi track court work.
The client hopes you will have gained experience handling a caseload of dispute resolution, however our client will also consider candidates with experience of Civil Litigation or Commercial Litigation who have handled their own caseload.
