Post Completions Assistant

My client is a fantastic full service law firm who are keen to expand their successful law firm with a Post Completion Administrator required for their Residential Conveyancing team based in Warrington.

The position will be within an expanding and growing residential conveyancing team and the client is seeking an Experienced paralegal who is able to manage files and conduct post completion matters with minimum
supervision.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of residential conveyancing and will be conversant with the transaction process, be highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines, be experienced in post completion work in a residential conveyancing environment and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of and solid practical experience of
dealing with all post completion matters.

This role offers a competitive salary and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
