Expanding City firm with national offices has an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated corporate-commercial Lawyer to join the firm. You will be 5 years + PQE, with experience of giving lead advice on, and taking the drafting lead in, the following:
- investment into start-ups and other, larger ventures
- shareholders' agreements
- EIS-related and SEIS-related matters
- share option schemes
- mergers and acquisitions.
Some experience of AIM-listed companies would be an advantage but not a necessity, as most of the firm’s clients are owner-managed. A small and portable following would be an advantage but is not a necessity.
You will be currently working in a highly regarded London or regional firm.
