Child Care Lawyer

A new opportunity has arisen, for a Child Lawyer to join the care department for a reputable firm in Leicester. Due to expansion, the firm requires an experienced Child Lawyer from 4 years PQE and upwards.

You will be joining a modern but traditional practice, situated in their Leicester office. The firm provides specialist services to mainly individuals with an exceptional quality of work within their family and childcare departments.

The work will include dealing with a publicly and privately funded child matters, care proceedings, advocacy,supervision orders, special guardianship and placement orders.

As the successful candidate you will previous experience in child matters, with either a mix of publicly and privately funded work or solely public matters. Experience of undertaking advocacy is useful.

Those who are members of the child panel are highly desirable, however the firm would be keen to consider those who are keen to progress towards this.
