Property Litigation Solicitor.
A highly regarded Legal 500 firm with sites in both Cambridgeshire and Central London is looking for a junior property litigation solicitor as they expand their litigation offering in Peterborough.
You will ideally be a junior property litigation solicitor with around 2-3 years PQE who has dealt with the full range of matters.
Your experience should include business lease renewals, rent and service charge recovery, dilapidations claims, breaches of covenant including forfeiture/relief applications, service charge disputes and boundary disputes and disputes over easements (e.g. rights of way, rights to park; rights to light), breaches of covenant, trespass, nuisance, adverse possession.
You should have acted for both landlords and tenants and have taken part or have an interest in business development and marketing events. The firm can offer a strong regional salary and full benefits, along with the chance to develop your career with a nationally recognised team.
