The Legal Counsel is responsible for the day to day structuring, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and will work with key clients and stakeholders to maintain product and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating key business agreements
- Dispute resolution and litigation
- Regulatory and compliance matters
- Supporting the life sciences product team
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a few years experience from either a leading law firm or in house legal department. The successful candidate will have commercial awareness, an ability to prioritise, and excellent communication skills.
Fluency in a European language is desirable, as well as a background in healthcare.
