You will ideally have around 3 years experience as a residential conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer and will therefore be able to handle your own caseload of freehold and leasehold matters. Your experience will cover sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy and shared ownership matters and you should have experience of marketing and business development.
