Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a part time role within an award winning, longstanding firm in York?

My client, a traditional firm based in York City Centre is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join the department due to organic growth in the team.

Each of the departments within the firm are renowned for the quality and high net worth work that they undertake on behalf of their longstanding clients.

The Role:

This role will require you to undertake a complex caseload consisting of very high quality work. Recently the department has seen an influx of work coming out of London.

More complex matters in general include leasehold extensions, acquisitions of properties including acquisition of flats. This role has arisen a result of organic growth.

You will be working alongside an experienced fee earner. This role will suit someone who is looking for a long term role within a highly regarded, award winning firm based in central York.

The firm is not target driven in any way - everything they do for their clients is based around providing a top quality service. This role is specifically part time, working 5 days a week and ideally hours of Monday to Friday 10am-3pm.

The Candidate:

You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. One of the unique selling points of the firm is that everyone is qualified.

Candidates who wish to be considered will be ambitious and really strive to succeed.
