Residential Conveyancer.
Due to client demand, a long standing, Legal 500 firm in Ipswich, Suffolk is looking to hire a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer into its growing property department.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer, and will be confident in handling their own caseload of sales, purchases, mortgages and remortgages, buy to let, and transfers of ownership from start to finish. Although the firm has well-built, existing client relationships, staff are encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially viable and possess good relationship building skills.
