If you are an personal injury paralegal seeking a new opportunity to handle both RTA and EL/PL files within a friendly but challenging local practice in South Manchester this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is your chance to handle a caseload of up to 200 files including RTA and EL/PL at stages 2-3 of the MOJ portal and to progress the matters to settlement or stage 3 hearing as required. Experience handling a caseload of personal injury matters at stages 2-3 of the MOJ portal is essential (guideline 12 months).
