Private Client Lawyer now required to undertake a varied and interesting caseload in a progressive department in Bedford.

The Role
A great opportunity to join a busy department handling interesting caseload has now arisen in Bedford. The role is ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of four years PQE and a strong background in Private Client matters. Demonstrating the ability to handle a diverse caseload under minimum supervision, your matters may include: will drafting; estate administration; dilapidations; managing trust files; elderly client matters; advising on the structures of wills and estates and; probate matters.
The successful Private Client Lawyer will communicate in a clear and concise manner at all times and be seeking to further develop their knowledge and skills within a reputable department. The firm offers career progression and rewards hard work accordingly. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of four years PQE;
Demonstrate solid background in handling Private Client workload;
STEP Membership or Solicitors for the Elderly is advantageous;
Driven and personable with excellent client skills;
Handle a diverse caseload to meet key deadlines;
Ideally, you will have a profuse desire for professional and business development.
