London firm is seeking NQ and experienced Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their specialist team.

The Role
You will have a background in real estate law with experience in running your own caseload of leasehold matters and must have a good knowledge of lease extensions and enfranchisement claims. Experience of right-to-manage claims and service charge disputes would be useful for this role. This is a demanding role, and you will be representing clients in first-tier tribunals and at the County Courts, so should be comfortable in conducting some advocacy.
The Candidate
Applications are currently being accepted from NQ solicitors and solicitors with five + years PQE.
Experience in lease extension and enfranchisement is essential.
Possess excellent IT skills, time-management skills and hold the ability to prioritise a very busy workload under pressure.
Be a great communicator, able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language.
Be comfortable handling some advocacy.
