Litigation/ Dispute Resolution Solicitors - 2 Years PQE - Harrow

Duncan Lewis is LEXCEL accredited and proud to hold GOLD Investors in People Status since 2009, being the first Law Firm to achieve this, and only one of three Law Firms in England and Wales to have achieved GOLD status.

We are now looking to recruit experienced Litigation/ Dispute Resolution Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE for our Harrow Office.

This role will require you to be experienced in Civil Litigation with a fully comprehensive understanding of procedural rules and management of a litigation matter both as Claimant and as Respondent. Positions are available in the fields of Public Law, Property Disputes, Injury, Professional and Clinical Negligence, Contractual Disputes, Employment and Human Rights.

You should be fully able to work independently with a high level of competence and with an ability to manage juniors as well. You should be conscious at all times of your duty to represent the firm professionally and to develop new business and your own client base.

Key Skills Required:

The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with private clients and cases funded by conditional fee arrangement and public funded matters.

You will be a professional with a pro-active approach, think out of the box, have excellent client care skills and the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business.
