My client are an award winning, top tier legal 100 firm with multiple locations across the country and who work with some of the best international clients in the world.
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join their Corporate team based in Bristol and focus particularly on Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity work.
The team provide a full range of Corporate services to their clients, including private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fund formation and financial services.
The successful candidate will ideally currently be an Associate or Senior Associate within the Corporate team of a well-respected City or National firm. My client will however consider candidates with more or less experience.
