This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid company and commercial experience to join a substantial and forward-thinking regional firm.

The work covered will be varied and of a high quality, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructuring, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT/ IP and data protection.

The ideal candidate will be confident in business development and relationship management.
