Furthermore, Data, including cyber-security, is an increasing priority for their clients and they are working with some of the world's leading companies in relation to their cyber strategy and cyber risk management.

They continue to complete notable deals and projects in Data/Cyber Security, GDPR and Data privacy with some of the world's biggest brands.

ABOUT YOU

To join this group you will have the opportunity to gain top quality experience across a diverse range of cyber security and data privacy including :

- Outsourcing, IT, telecoms, HR and business process services;
- Online trading and payment systems;
- Software development, licensing and distribution;
- Protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights;
- Encryption, electronic signatures and trusted third parties; and
- Data protection and trans-border data flows.

The role is for a mid to senior level lawyer who has outstanding experience within the Cyber Security and Data Privacy space.

You should have first class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach, excellent drafting and communication skills and enjoy being part of a friendly outgoing team.

You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial awareness. You will have an exceptional track record, probably gained at a City firm, or at an overseas common law practice with a highly regarded profile.

A strong academic history is essential. You will need to demonstrate a strong track record of leading transactions.
Financial Services experience would also be advantageous.
