The Firm
Located in Sutton Coldfield, this niche practice currently provides a very high level of service to small/medium business clients in the health-care industry, assisting with purchases, sales, expansions or moves, and supporting them with project management expertise as well as advising on legal issues. The firm deals with banking agreements, employment law and issues relating to business premises, shareholder and partnership agreements; all aspects of corporate law relating to owner-managed businesses. Having established an excellent reputation over the past two decades for friendly, highly responsive, cost competitive and results-focused client care, our client is now embarked on a period of expansion and is looking for a solicitor, legal executive or a paralegal with good conveyancing experience to deal with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
The Role
You will have a solid background in residential conveyancing. Reporting to the head of department, you will be working in a busy environment running your own caseload of matters, undertaking the relevant searches, ID checks and all file management. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a role with great career potential, and would enjoy working in firm that is young, dynamic and ambitious.
The Candidate
Our client welcomes applications from conveyancers or legal executives/paralegal with solid residential conveyancing experience, who are committed to providing excellent legal service and outstanding client care.
The successful candidate will possess an excellent telephone manner and great client-care skills;
Be comfortable using case management systems, undertaking searches and ID checks and file management;
Be highly organised, with a flexible, ‘can-do’ approach;
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
Be confident in working with some supervision.
