A rare and unique opportunity has arisen in Newton-Le-Willows, at an exciting time in this firm’s evolution, for an experienced and ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor to Head up a Residential Conveyancing department.

The firm is recognised on Merseyside for its Personal Injury and Family Law offering, and due to new business plans and new client wins, it has a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1 year PQE+) to get on board and be at the forefront of the Residential Conveyancing department.

Your new role will see you taking responsibility for an active caseload of Conveyancing transactions, and you will be encouraged to partake in business development and be fully supported to do so, to get the department up and running to the highest standard.

You will be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, with ideally a minimum of 1 year PQE and previous experience in Residential Conveyancing gained with a reputable firm. 

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary (guideline max circa £40,000), along with full company benefits, including free on-site parking.
