A reputable law firm in Birmingham City Centre are looking to hire a Conveyancing Legal Assistant.
Due to ongoing growth, the firm are looking to hire a Conveyancing Paralegal to expand the current team. Good technical knowledge and experience in all Conveyancing matters is essential. The perfect candidate must also be able to work in a fast paced environment.

The Conveyancing Legal Assistant position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks in a thriving Conveyancing team. Some of these tasks include;
- Providing full support to their Conveyancing Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.
- Preparing correspondence using their case management system.
- Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
