Social Housing Lawyer sought for leading Tier 1 Social Housing team based in Lancashire. Salary will be negotiable depending on experience and will be competitive.
The team are renowned by both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for their Housing team and they represent numerous Housing Providers and Local Authorities across England and Wales.
The role will involve handling a full and varied caseload to include tenancy and occupation matters, tenancy and asset management litigation and health and safety issues.
Applications are invited from candidates with upwards of 1 year experience working in a Social Housing team. We are also keen to speak to general commercial litigation and property litigation lawyers who would be happy to retrain into this niche area. The firm are open on qualification and will consider both Solicitors and Legal Executives.
