SSQ are currently working with a legal enforcement company, who are looking for a Paralegal to join for circa 8 months.
The company has made significant growth due to a number of acquisitions over the past 5 years. They need a Paralegal with contract novation experience to manage and organise all client contract novation's for the business. You will be working alongside their client development team to pick up contact with our clients and support them with the novation once they've been notified of the change. You will also be expected to highlight any issues or constraints within the contracts that need to be dealt with internally.
This role is a fixed term contract for circa 8 months, however there is scope for this being made permanent if the candidate does an exceptional job.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' paralegal experience and have had contract novation experience within an in-house legal team or in private practice.
