Our client, a leading full service law firm based in Manchester, are currently looking to expand their personal injury department.
Given the continued success and the increase in volume of work, we are assisting in the expansion within their portal team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established, reputable and dynamic team that are focused on delivered a first class legal service.
The role will be suited to individuals with experience handling their own caseload of RTA Portal claims.
Responsibilities:-
- Handling inbound calls from clients
- Opening new claims on case management system and adhering to specific SLA’s
- Risk assessment of claims
- Submission of CNF to the Portal
- Handle cases through stages 1-3 of MOJ Portal
- Must have 2 Years Minimum funning a Pre Litigated Caseload
