Head of Residential Property

Considering recent success, this firm are recruiting a Head of Residential Property to join their Aylesbury office on a full-time, permanent basis.

Cultivating a supportive environment, this role will see the Head of Residential Property take on an active caseload of a variety of Residential Property matters that include, but is not limited to, sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, transfer of equity, remortgage, all from initial instruction through to completion. The Head of Residential Property will also manage the team. Applications will be considered for this Residential Property Solicitor role by those candidates who are a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 5 years' PQE*, who have experience in all Residential Property matters.
