Locum Residential Conveyancer

An accredited firm in Newcastle who are renowned for their high quality of work and their approachable and professional environment, have built a team of experienced solicitors who are experts in their field. Our client requires a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a locum contract. They are looking for someone who can ultimately come in and hit the ground from the get go and who has experience dealing with a busy caseload.

This Residential Conveyancing role will allow the successful candidate to run their own caseload, covering all areas of Residential Conveyancing. Alongside the Residential caseload, this role will include networking with large clients, dealing with plot sales and someone who is self-sufficient. Applicants will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers or less qualified individuals with a passion for Residential Conveyancing and notable experience within this area.
