Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
 
This full service law firm are looking to recruit a qualified solicitor or legal executive into their successful commercial litigation department in East Devon. 
 
This established department advise on a broad range of business disputes for mainly local clients, who for many years have chosen not to work with the larger, often more expensive Exeter based law firms. 
 
Your caseload will be varied and include advising on contract & consumer disputes, company and partnership/shareholder disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, defamation and harassment claims. The employment and personal injury work is handled by another department. 
 
You will be a qualified commercial litigation solicitor with at least 3-4 years experience. 
 
Local solicitors and those considering relocating to this outstanding area of natural beauty are encouraged to apply. This role could suit a solicitor fed up with commuting into Exeter/further afield. In this role you will maintain excellent quality work and be the face of the firm with lots of direct client contact.  
 
This is a busy role, and you will inherit a client base, but there is much more local business to be had, so those who enjoy occasional business development and networking are encouraged to apply. 
 
You will have dedicated secretarial support and a competitive salary up to £50,000.
