Facilities Assistant.
 
A rare and varied opportunity for an experienced Facilities Assistant / Operations Assistant has come up within a well-respected law firm at their Head Office in central Leeds.
 
Working alongside the Operations Partner you will be responsible for providing practical and administrative support to the Central Services team.
 
The successful Facilities Assistant / Operations Assistant will be assisting with the management of central services projects which will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintenance and repairs work (repairs to office furniture, equipment, fixtures and fittings) – a hands on approach is required.
  • Telephone duties and administration duties
  • Coordinating desk moves
  • Monitoring of office functions/identifying opportunities for improvement
  • First line point of contact for contractors
  • Meeting room management
  • Assisting in office Health and Safety Activities
  • Event coordination

The successful Facilities Assistant will have a very hands on approach, approachable and friendly manner, a logical way of thinking and highly observant.
