Housing & Civil Litigation Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Litigation lawyer to join a local authority based within a city centre in South Yorkshire.

The successful candidate for the Civil Litigation Lawyer role will be required to assist with civil litigation work which may include the following;

• Housing disrepair
• Highways litigation
• Land disputes
• Contract litigation and judicial review

The ideal Civil Litigation Lawyer will have previous experience gained within a local authority. Experience in how to run a judicial review would be an advantage.

Our client will consider a Civil Litigation Lawyer to work on a part-time or full-time basis and the successful candidate will be available to start an assignment at short notice.
