We have just been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join an award winning practice in Birmingham City Centre.

Our client are considered to be the biggest Conveyancer provider in the country. They have a unique model to how their work is done which has proved to be successful, year upon year. They also have a constant stream of work, are incredibly financially secure and provide extensive work flow where there will always be a need.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will deal with the files from instruction through to completion. Due to the unique model, the Conveyancer does all the legal work meaning they can get more 'fee earning' done and more completions, resulting in a bigger bonus/commission for their hard work.

The role will require you to build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a smooth workflow and you will also be expected to help grow other members of team. Anyone who is confident running their own caseload of sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold are encouraged to apply.

A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the chosen candidate and there are fantastic opportunities for career progression within the firm.

If you are looking for an exciting and supportive Residential Conveyancer role within a successful Property team, please apply for this position as required or contact Charlotte Newton at Sacco Mann. *Please note our advertisements use PQE and salary levels purely as a guide. We are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
