SSQ has received instruction from an elite US law firm with regards to an opportunity for an Employment lawyer with 6+ PQE* to join the firm's London Employment practice to cover a maternity leave.
This firm has an outstanding reputation globally for advising major financial services institutions and multinational corporations on a variety of high value transactions. Upon joining the Employment practice, the successful applicant will be advising these clients with respect to complex and cross-jurisdictional corporate M&A and JV transactions to provide effective solutions.
Ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding of Employment law and a depth of experience in providing support on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions including
- TUPE proceedings
- Employee incentive arrangements
- Management equity arrangements
- Remuneration regimes
This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to join an elite practice on a long-term contract of six to nine months initially. Due to the urgent requirements of the client, it is imperative that applicants are available at two months notice or less.
