My client is an established law practice based in Ipswich and they have an urgent requirement for a Residential Conveyancer to join their successful and growing team. You can expect a salary up to £40k with first rate training and ongoing support.

This role would suit a Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC with at least 1 years' PQE to undertake residential transactional work including sales, purchases, transfers of title and mortgages. The department boast a large client base and strong reputation in the area and it will be expected the chosen Residential Conveyancer is a keen relationship builder, able to communicate effectively with clients at all levels. This is a key appointment to the firm and as such you will be actively involved in helping to shape the firm and it's Conveyncing offering across the South East.

Applications are invited from technically strong and licensed Residential Property Conveyancers looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will have trained and gained experience at a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to 'hit the ground running' whilst managing all types of conveyancing transaction in a energetic yet supportive team.
