An opportunity has arisen within this firm's Hull office for a Criminal Regulatory Solicitor. 
 
This is to work solely on a huge high profile case with a team being specifically recruited to handle this case which is expected to last several years.
 
You will have good Civil Litigation experience, solid CPR and ideally have handled some big disclosure/ recent public inq/inquests work. You must be experienced with Public Inq rules with a good regulatory background. The successful Criminal Regulatory Solicitor will be working at multi party, senior judiciary level.
 
The existing team in Hull have experience in representing clients in a full range of investigations and prosecutions including those by the Health & Safety Executive, the Environment Agency, Local Authorities, DVSA, the Information Commissioner, HMRC and the Police.
