Head of Family Department - Solicitor
A Family solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity with a Leading law firm heading up their family and care teams across 5 offices. The role will be based in Chesterfield and is offering a very competitive salary.
Our client is a highly regarded multi service law firm with offices across different cities with a legal 500 recommended family team!
The ideal candidate must have the desire to help develop and expand the department, experience in managing a team is desirable. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Head of Care; be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills; be naturally adept at problem solving and business development whilst remaining calm under pressure.
Duties will include advising and representing on privately funded family matters: Divorce & Finances, separation, Injunctions, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation disputes, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Children Act work; The role will involve responsibility for overseeing the departments' Legal Aid contract as part of a wider team.
