Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - North London - £DOE

My client a highly regarded and progressive North London firm is looking to appoint a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their busy Corporate and Commercial Property Department.

The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor NQ+ and will have experience of share acquisitions/disposals, business and asset sales/purchases, company law, partnerships, general commercial contracts, reorganisations and restructuring and joint ventures;, finance and investment work; and property development, acquisitions and disposals and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
