This expanding investment advisory business is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer into its London based team.
Client Details
A London based investment advisory business.
Description
Reporting directly into the Chief Executive you will be responsible for advising the business on all legal matters that affect the business. This is likely to have an emphasis on corporate / commercial matters as well as some regulatory issues as well.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer with experience from a top tier London law firm. It is likely that you will have a corporate background but also be comfortable advising on broader contract matters.
Some exposure to FS regulatory matters would be useful but is not essential.
Due to the level of the work on offer my client is ideally looking for someone with 3 - 6 years PQE, however, candidates with more or less experience who feel that they would be a good match for this role are encouraged to apply as well.
This role is likely to suit a candidate looking to make their first move in house and is happy operating on a sole counsel basis with support from outside counsel.
