Housing Litigation Solicitor, Devon

We have recently been instructed on a new role for a large national client who are looking for a housing litigation solicitor to be based in the South West.

The role will involve managing a varied caseload of housing disrepair matters acting on behalf of tenants, and whilst there is no direct supervisory responsibility the successful candidate will be pivotal to the team being able to achieve their objectives.

We are keen to hear from Solicitors with at least 2 year's experience of working on housing litigation work, the CPR rules and the litigation process. Knowledge of PI matters will also be beneficial.
