Leading UK Law Firms Banking & Finance team are looking to grow their offering with the addition of a Junior Associate with experience in Real Estate Finance

Principle responsibilities:

• Majoring on real estate finance but handling a range of banking and finance matters of varying sizes and complexity, spanning asset finance, property finance, housing finance, Islamic finance, project finance, and acquisition finance and corporate loans
• Initiating, building and maintaining effective client relationship
• Pro-active involvement in marketing initiatives
• Participating in firm-wide and departmental training sessions
• Training and development of junior legal staff and secretary (where appropriate).

As a minimum you will be expected to have:

• Maintained an excellent academic record
• Be a Qualified solicitor of England & Wales
• Have some prior real estate finance experience
