I have a great new opportunity for a qualified conveyancer to join a Warwickshire-based business and handle a caseload of sales and purchase work, including unregistered freehold and leasehold residential properties. 
 
My client is a family owned business which has grown in recent years and advises clients on a range of financial and property related affairs. As such they are currently looking to bring someone in to their property team to deal with the conveyancing aspects of their work. The work is high quality, low volume and due to the nature of the business' work you will not have to deal with conveyancing chains which often break down.  
 
You will need to possess around five years' experience in sales and purchase conveyancing matters as you will work largely unsupervised and a knowledge of trusts would be useful though not a prerequisite.
