THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a proactive and self-motivated immigration lawyer to join an established team advising on most areas of UK immigration law as it relates to businesses and individuals.

You will be responsible for a variety of work from sponsorship based visa applications to indefinite leave to remain/settlement applications and visitor visas, advising a mix of commercial, not-for-profit, regulatory and private clients.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will be an immigration lawyer with 4-7pqe with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), who has worked within a leading national or London law firm with an established immigration law team.

You will have sound knowledge and experience of advising both businesses (including multinational businesses) and individuals on the full range of UK immigration law matters with first rate legal drafting skills.

Supervisory experience of trainees and/or paralegals a distinct advantage, coupled with strong organisational and time management skills.

You will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written).
