THE FIRM
A dynamic, rapidly expanding global law firm focused on providing a complete legal service to clients in their core sectors.
THE ROLE
You will have 1+ pqe as a property and liability litigation lawyer.
You will have experience in the following areas: -
- UK property;
- public and product liability risks;
- policy coverage;
- liability defence;
- subrogated recoveries.
It would also be desirable if you have some experience of insurance and reinsurance disputes on the construction of both marine and non-marine reinsurance policy wordings.
The role is a fixed term contract of up to twelve months.
ABOUT YOU
With 1pqe or more you will have gained extensive experience in property litigation and are now seeking further challenges.
You will be able to use your initiative, and be a forward-planner, anticipating your clients' needs in advance wherever possible.
The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
You will have strong academics, demonstrate talent, ambition and have a real interest in property litigation.
You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, being able to adapt your style to communicate effectively with a wide range of professional people, and enthusiastic about delivering excellent quality service to your clients.
