Our client, a well established global leader in Wealth Management, are looking for a legal eDiscovery expert to head up their eDiscovery Counsel in the APAC region, based in Hong Kong.
With 50+ years presence in Asia, they provide a wide range of services to corporations and instutions.
The eDsicovery Counsel will bring their legal background and their expertise in eDiscovery, to work with an already established team of legal and technology experts.
Together you will devlop global and regional policies, procedures and practises, for effective and defensible data handling for the business.
The eDiscovery Counsel will:
-Have a current bar admission, from a common law jursidiction.
-A deep understaning of current eDsicovery jurisprudence, eDsicovery processes, and current eveolving eDiscovery technologies.
-Atleast 3 years experience, specialising in eDiscovery.
