Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
A 200 year old firm with a longstanding history in the market place is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor to join their successful team of 4 in Aylesbury.
You will be a residential conveyancing solicitor with around 1-2 years experience, although strong NQ solicitors may well be considered. You should be able to handle the sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity on freehold, leasehold and new build properties. An interest in marketing and business development would be ideal but a strong technical understanding is key to handle a caseload of matters from inception to completion.
