Legal Counsel Lead

An opportunity has arisen with a household known Insurance Provider based in Surrey for an experienced Commercial Lawyer as Lead Legal Counsel. The role will primarily focus on general commercial matters including: Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Data Protection, Outsourcing and Procurement. Reporting into the Legal director this role shall provide Legal services to several of the business sites and shall interact with a number of individuals in various departments whilst managing junior members of the legal team. 

To be considered for this role candidates will need to have previously been involved with a range of Commercial matters from either a top law firm or In-House department.
