Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

THE FIRM

A large regional sized law firm located in the South of England providing a comprehensive range of services for business and individual clients.

THE ROLE

You will be an experienced conveyancer to become part of our busy and successful Residential Property Team.

You will have:

• strong residential property experience
• a network of existing relationships - a following of clients
• possess a strong reputation in the area together with sound technical and procedural knowledge
• strong organisational skills and be dynamic in your approach to keeping up with the pace that a busy residential conveyancing team demands

The role will involve responsibility for managing your own caseload of files ranging from sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership. You will be required to build good relationships with estate agents and other contacts and referrers, meeting with them and keeping them updated regularly.

ABOUT YOU

With 5pqe or more you will have gained extensive experience in residential conveyancing and are now seeking further challenges as a residential conveyancer.

The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
