Description
The main responsibility will be the review and negotiation of terms and conditions for contracts with customers and suppliers. The role will involve providing extensive support to the commercial department in relation to bid and tender activity.
Profile
Suitable candidates will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualified solicitor or in-house legal professional
- In-house or in private practice experience will be considered
- Demonstrable experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is essential
