Due to strategic growth plans at this well run, specialist personal injury law firm, an opportunity has arisen for a credit hire litigation executive to join the practice. 
 
This is your opportunity to join a Cheshire-based law firm whose clients include policy holders of some of the most recognisable brands in the UK. They specialise in handling RTA claims and recovering losses from third party insurance companies. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their Post-Litigation department, you will be responsible for your own caseload of Post-Litigation credit hire files that are allocated to the fast track.  

You will work within court timescales and compliance and liaise closely with court clerks, clients and counsels to ensure that trial bundles are in order for court. You will have the knowledge and understanding to be able to identify and obtain missing evidence. You will be preparing clients for courts and negotiating settlements. Ideally, you will have worked within Credit Hire with at least 2 years’ Post Litigation experience.
