In-House Legal Counsel

A heavyweight in the vehicle remarketing industry is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their busy In-House legal team in their UK head office based in Leeds. This friendly and supportive team works across a range of legal areas with a strong commercially-focused outlook.

The team requires a pragmatic and highly organised Solicitor to provide advice and support to the groups companies as well as managing a varied and challenging caseload. Responsibilities will include the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a range of contracts and agreements, ensuring company-wide compliance, providing training in relevant subject matters and internal and external stakeholder management.

This busy and varied position would suit someone with approximately 3 years PQE (though those outside of this range will be considered should you have relevant experience) with general commercial law/contracts experience. Those with demonstrable knowledge and proficiency in intellectual property or IT are particularly welcome to apply.

Salary likely to be in the region of c£50k plus an attractive remuneration package.
