Defendant Personal Injury Paralegal , East Midlands

High profile team are now expnading on the back of secure national insurer work. In this role you can expect to defend RTA personal injury claims , handling a mix of pre-litigated and litigated claims received from motor insurance clients.

To succeed in this role you should have a background in defendant matters. If you have claimant experience that will also be of interest to the firm however the salary may differ slightly. However you can progress forwards again in your career as you move along in the role.

Working alongside senior fee earners you will be keen to learn but you will already have excellent client care and negotiating skills.

Applications will be considered from relocators. The opportunity is commutable from areas such as Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Birmingham and Sheffield and the firm would be especially keen to hear from you if you have worked at a well known defendant firm handling national insurer work.
